Digging out of the Hurt Feelings Hole

Have you ever felt really hurt by something your significant other or friend said or did? I certainly have...

Last time we connected, in a video that you can find here, we talked about "How to Not Take Things Personally", because so many of us do so frequently. Not only does it make us feel terrible for hours or even days (or years!), it also can really, over time, erode the intimacy and connection we experience in our relationship with our significant other. Which plain old stinks, because it doesn't have to be that way at all!

Today, I give you Part 2 of "How to Not Take Things Personally; Digging out of the Hurt Feelings Hole". It's slightly longer, but 7 minutes for a lifetime of feeling better is time well spent!

And you guessed it- it is about self-responsibility. It's powerful stuff...

Please let me know how this lands for you by posting a comment or question below.

Go out and try this! Then tell me about your experience below. I love supporting you by answering any questions you may have about it, as well. Don't be shy!
