Last time we connected, in a video that you can find here, we talked about "How to Not Take Things Personally", because so many of us do so frequently. Not only does it make us feel terrible for hours or even days (or years!), it also can really, over time, erode the intimacy and connection we experience in our relationship with our significant other. Which plain old stinks, because it doesn't have to be that way at all!
