With Hannah Brooks
The 3-Layer Emotional Stability System for sensitive and deep-feeling women who want to feel more steady, grounded, and at home in themselves—especially when emotions, relationships, and life throw them off.
An 8-week guided experience to learn, practice, and integrate emotional agency—with support every step of the way.
The next FEW cohort begins October 5, 2026. Enrollment is open through October 4.
✓ Stop emotional spirals before they take over your day
✓ Stay grounded and steady through your relationship's ups and downs
✓ Know how to support yourself emotionally no matter what
✓ Recover from conflict faster
✓ Feel secure, connected, and like your open-hearted self again.
This is the essential foundation for creating a deeply loving, emotionally safe relationship—by developing the inner emotional capacity to feel secure, grounded,
and at home within yourself, even when life and relationship get hard.

Every healthy, loving relationship is built on emotional security—and FEW is where that foundation is developed.
It is designed to help you build the inner emotional security and capacity that make deeper change possible—in both yourself and your relationship.
For some women, FEW is where the journey begins. For others, it becomes the inner foundation of Sanctuary, where the work expands into the relationship itself.
Either way, the goal is the same: to move from emotional overwhelm and reactivity toward a relationship that feels secure, connected, loving, and deeply supportive for both of you.

If you’re highly sensitive, emotionally deep, and feel things strongly,
you may find that in general — and especially in important moments in your relationship — you don't feel or respond the way you want to.
Maybe you’ve often found yourself:
-
Missing the playful, affectionate, connected version of yourself—but feeling buried beneath overwhelm, irritation, numbness, or disconnection.
-
Feeling aggravated at your partner for no clear reason other than they’re just being themselves?
-
Policing your partner's tone, words, or behavior because it feels impossible to let it go.
-
Hearing one insensitive comment from your spouse and finding yourself either snapping at him or shutting down completely in hurt.
-
Having something important you want to share—but staying silent because you don't trust yourself to handle his reaction if it isn't the one you hoped for.
-
Looking at your spouse and feeling strangely disconnected—even though part of you knows you still love him.
And even after the moment has passed, internally you are still in it...
A comment can color the rest of your day.
A disagreement follows you into the evening, your mind replaying it over and over
The aggravation, or the pit in your stomach lingers. . .
And sometimes, you end the day wondering whether your relationship can ever truly feel the way you hoped it would.
Over time, this doesn’t just feel painful— it starts to erode trust in yourself...and your marriage, too.
It’s not just the chronic "off" feeling, or the intensity of your reactions. . . it’s how often they happen, how long they last, how much space they take up inside you — and the way your spouse reacts to you.
And you may find yourself wondering: “Why can’t I stay steady?”, "Why can't I feel the love I want to feel?" “Why do I react like this?” “Is something wrong with me?” , “Will this relationship ever feel deeply connected and safe again?”
Learn how to feel steady, grounded, and like yourself—even in the moments that used to derail you.

You’ve probably already tried to work on this:
You’ve talked things through.
Tried to communicate better.
Reflected, journaled, maybe even gone to therapy.
And yet . . . in the moments that matter most? It still happens.
You still get overwhelmed.
Reactive.
Shut down.
Or completely thrown off.
So please hear this: It’s not because you’re doing something wrong.
It’s because something very real is happening in your internal system. . .
When your nervous system is carrying patterns of overwhelm, shutdown, or emotional reactivity, it's much harder to consistently access the steadier parts of yourself—especially in moments of stress or emotional intensity.
In those moments, 3 things tend to happen at the same time:
-
Your nervous system becomes overloaded, and emotions feel big, reactive, or hard to regulate.
-
Your mind gets pulled into protective patterns—overthinking, self-doubt, or scanning for what’s wrong.
-
Your sense of self-worth becomes less stable, making it harder to feel grounded, confident, or secure in yourself.
These aren’t separate issues. They’re different layers of the same internal response.
And sometimes this is happening chronically—not as dramatic reactivity, but as a persistent sense of being slightly off, disconnected, overwhelmed, or not quite yourself.
Which is why you may know exactly what you should do and still find that your access to steadiness and clarity isn't always there when you need it most.
You can see your patterns, reflect on them, even try to shift them. . . and yet still find yourself reacting in ways that don’t match who you want to be in your life.
This is why I created
Foundations of Emotional Well-Being for HSPs
(lovingly called FEW HSP — because phew, you can finally exhale).
FEW works across all three layers of your experience—your nervous system, your mind, and your sense of self-worth—so you're learning what to do and building the internal capacity to actually access it.
This isn’t about fixing you. It's about helping you feel steadier, clearer, and more at home in yourself—so you're no longer constantly pulled into reactivity, shutdown, or self-doubt...So you can experience more steadiness, clarity, and choice inside yourself.
And that changes how you show up in your relationship, too: the hard moments become easier to navigate, and the ordinary moments have more room for connection, affection, play, and love...
What often feels like conflict, disconnection, or emotional distance in your relationship isn’t a sign that something is wrong with you or your partner—it reflects patterns in your internal system that have been running without enough support.
The thing that truly shifts everything is simple: when you feel calmer, safer, and more grounded inside yourself…your inner world no longer pulls you away from the connection, presence, and openness you want in your relationship.

And you're able to respond in ways that create closeness instead of distance, stay present with yourself even in moments that feel intense, and feel more like your bright-hearted self inside the relationship you care about.
This is what becomes possible when your internal system is supported in a way that reaches all three layers of your experience at the root level.
And it starts right here in F.E.W.
-
Diffuse an argument before it even starts — while staying grounded, calm, and connected to your wisest self.
-
Stop irritability, feeling easily triggered, and bouts of stress or anxiety — and move through your day with a sense of inner security, peace, and even lightheartedness.
-
Stay connected to that big heart of yours when challenges come up with your spouse — instead of turning against each other, so you can navigate these moments with ease, curiosity, and collaboration.
-
Read your partner more accurately and intuitively — so you respond in ways that deepen trust, closeness, and intimacy.
-
Move into your clearest, calmest state of mind for communication — so you can express yourself fully, be truly heard, and feel confident in your connection.
-
Notice old patterns of self‑doubt soften as your sense of worth and being lovable grow.
-
Feel more confident in yourself and in the goodness of your partner — so you can feel seen, valued, and enough in your relationship, and respond with curiosity, appreciation, and warmth instead of reactivity.
IMAGINE THAT YOU COULD:
In FEW, through a step-by-step process of nervous system regulation, thought-pattern awareness, and self-worth strengthening, you learn how to lovingly support your sensitive system at the root level.
And you don't just learn the concepts—you practice them, apply them to your real life, and build the capacity to access more steadiness, clarity, and choice when you need it most.

It feels like a big, full-body sigh of relief. A breath of the freshest air after holding so much for so long.
Like finally feeling rooted in something solid within you—a return to the more grounded, steady, peaceful YOU.
So that what you want in love and life can finally take root, grow, and bloom.
Build calm, clarity, and confidence — one layer at a time.
HERE'S HOW FEW WORKS:
FEW combines self-paced learning with an 8-week live cohort experience, giving you space to develop emotional agency, practice it in real life, and integrate it with support along the way.
THE FEW LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Your complete FEW curriculum, delivered through a step-by-step video learning experience across the three layers of emotional agency: your nervous system, your mind, and your sense of self-worth.
PHASE 1: YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM:
Understand your sensitive nervous system in simple, clear language
Recognize what’s happening when you feel overwhelmed, shut down, or triggered
Learn to regulate and guide your emotional state in real time
PHASE 2: YOUR MIND:
Recognize and shift thought patterns that keep you stuck in reactivity, overthinking, or self-doubt
PHASE 3: YOUR SENSE OF SELF-WORTH:
Strengthen your sense of worth and internal steadiness
Learn more about these three layers and what that journey actually looks like inside FEW below.
THE LIVE COHORT
Eight weeks of live integration, guidance, and support with Hannah and other sensitive, deep-feeling women.
This is where the work moves beyond learning the concepts and into actually using them in your life.
Each week, you’ll have space to:
-
Bring questions and real-life situations you’re navigating
-
Get guidance when you feel stuck or unsure what to do
-
Practice applying what you’re learning to your own experience
-
Learn from other women’s experiences and see how the work applies in different situations
-
Build your capacity through repetition, practice, and integration
-
Return to the sessions through replays if you can’t attend live
Because knowing what to do and being able to access it when you need it are two different things.
The live cohort gives you the structure, practice, support, and repetition that help turn what you’re learning into something you can actually use—especially in the moments when you need it most.

BETWEEN-SESSION SUPPORT
Support to help you keep working with the material between live sessions.
You’ll have access to our private community, The Grounding Space, office hours, workbooks, and a personalized resilience plan—so you can ask questions, get support, share wins, and keep applying the work throughout the eight weeks.
REAL LIFE INTEGRATION
This isn’t about becoming emotionally steady inside a course. It’s about learning to access these skills in the moments that actually matter.
You’ll apply the work to your real days, thoughts, triggers, emotions, and relationships—so emotional agency becomes something you can actually draw on in your everyday life.
A PATHWAY FORWARD
When you’re ready for the next layer, your FEW investment gives you a $500 credit toward Sanctuary.
Sanctuary is where we take the internal foundation you’ve built in FEW and apply it more deeply to your relationship—shifting the patterns between you so you can create the connected, loving partnership you want.
Your $500 credit is valid for 6 months after starting FEW.
The aim is not emotional perfection, but a growing capacity to remain present, responsive, and connected — within yourself and with your relationships.

FEW HSP & THE BIGGER JOURNEY
Foundations of Emotional Well-Being is a complete, stand-alone program —everything you need to build greater steadiness, safety, and confidence within yourself and your relationships.
It can also be the beginning of a deeper journey of relational transformation.
Think of FEW as the root system—building the internal safety, resilience, and emotional capacity that everything else grows from.
Sanctuary 1:1 is what grows from those roots: personalized 1:1 support to bring that inner capacity directly into your relationship and create a truly Safe-Heart Partnership—a marriage that feels like coming home: safe, loving, playful, and full of mutual growth, where your sensitivity becomes a strength in your connection rather than a source of overwhelm or disconnection.
FEW builds the foundation. Sanctuary helps you bring that foundation fully into the relationship you love.
Build the steady, grounded foundation your relationship needs—starting now
Ready for the Deeper Path?

If you already know you’re ready to move beyond inner steadiness and want support bringing this work directly into your relationship, you can step into Marriage Sanctuary 1:1.
This is the full Safe Heart Pathway, from building your internal emotional foundation to creating a more connected, secure, and genuinely joyful partnership.
FEW is included as the starting layer of the work inside Sanctuary, creating the emotional grounding that allows the deeper relational transformation to unfold.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT FEW
Is this for me?
This program is for you if:
-
You are emotionally sensitive and want more inner steadiness
-
You desire calmer, more connected relationships
-
You’re ready to gently learn new ways of being with and working with your emotions, thoughts, and sense of self-worth
You don’t need to be in a relationship to benefit from FEW. If you are in one, the work will naturally affect how you experience and navigate your relationship.
If you're considering working with me in Sanctuary 1:1, FEW is the perfect starting place. You can also choose the Full Safe-Heart Pathway, where FEW is included as the starting layer of the deeper work (and you'll get my deep personalized support as you move through both).
This program may not be the best fit if:
-
You’re looking for a quick fix without doing inner work
-
You’re not ready to engage with your emotional experience
Is this relationship work?
Yes — and also no.
FEW, HSP is not about analyzing your partner, trying to change him, or learning “better communication techniques.”
It’s about working with the most fundamental layer of every relationship: your emotional safety — your nervous system, your mind, and your sense of self-worth.
As you become steadier inside yourself, you naturally have more capacity to respond rather than react, communicate clearly, recover from conflict, and stay connected.
So while FEW isn't traditional marriage work, it can genuinely transform your relationship from the inside out.
What if I’m already overwhelmed or feel like I don’t have much extra energy?
This program is designed for women who are already tired and stretched thin.
It doesn’t ask you to push harder or “do more.”
It helps you stop leaking energy by shifting painful thought patterns, regulating your nervous system and restoring yourself from the inside out. Most women find they actually gain more capacity, energy, and clarity — not less.
There will be a bit to learn at first, but life will get a lot freer and easier as you integrate.
Remember, the learning itself is self-paced, and the 8-week cohort gives you structure, support, and space to integrate what you're learning without having to do it all at once... and even just one lesson will support more ease in your life!
So you don’t need to feel "ready". You begin exactly as you are.
What if I’ve tried therapy, books, or courses before and they didn’t really stick?
Most personal growth work focuses on insight and mindset— and does not take into account high sensitivity. But, for HSPS, when your nervous system is dysregulated, and/or you have deep insecurity, your body stays in protection mode.
So even if you “know” something intellectually, you can't DO it in the moments that matter.
FEW works at the level that makes everything else finally stick for highly sensitive people: your nervous system, mind, and sense of self-worth (heart).
When your body, mind, and heart feel safer, the insights and tools you've already learned are much easier to access and actually use.
How does it feel to be part of a group of hsp women growing together?
It feels safe, affirming and loving.
Almost every past participant has told me how powerful it feels to be in a community of highly sensitive and deep-feeling women who really "get" each other in a way that can be surprisingly rare.
And when one woman brings up an issue or challenge, others often recognize themselves in it, and really relate to it, too. If you're used to feeling different or misunderstood, this can be incredibly healing.
There may be a short period of settling in — but very quickly, most women feel seen, validated, and supported in a way they may never have before.
When will the live cohort calls be held?
Live cohort sessions take place throughout the 8-week experience, with call times rotating to accommodate different schedules as much as possible. All calls are recorded.
What if I can’t attend a live call?
You’ll have access to all call recordings, so you can watch or re-watch them whenever you need.
You can also submit questions in advance when you can't attend.
And while replays are wonderful for integration and deeper learning, live attendance gives you the opportunity for the deepest support and interaction.
What if I've been through trauma?
I teach and coach in a trauma-informed way.
This program is not designed to treat trauma directly, but you will learn tools that can support your healing.
If you are currently dealing with very recent, severe, or highly activating trauma, I recommend working with a therapist first. If you’ve done some healing work already, or your trauma feels more mild or “integrated”, this program is a wonderful healing step.
We can grow with our trauma — just not when it’s consuming all our inner resources.
Is there a payment plan option?
Please email me at hannah@lifeisworthloving.com to request this option, and I may be able get it set up for you (do not use the regular checkout).
Is the investment really worth it?
FEW is an investment in:
-
Your emotional well-being
-
Your marriage and relationships
-
Your long-term capacity for peace, inner security, and connection
Many women spend far more over time on therapy, books, courses, and trying to “fix” things—without finding lasting relief.
This work gives you skills and capacity you'll draw on for the rest of your life. It is not another temporary solution, but a deeper long-term shift in how you relate to your emotions, your thoughts, yourself, and the people you love.
For many women, the question becomes less:
“Can I afford this?” and more: “Can I afford to keep living in overwhelm, reactivity, or disconnection?”
You don’t have to keep feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected in your relationship.
There’s a clear, supportive way to become steadier, calmer, and more grounded in yourself — the foundation for a deeply loving, connected relationship.
