Hannah Brooks Marriage Coach Courses: Foundations of Emotional Well-Being for HSP's

Lesson 1 (4).png

With Hannah Brooks

The place to start to feel steady, safe, and quietly confident

— even when life or relationships get bumpy.

A supported self-paced program for deep-feeling and sensitive people who are ready to break free from reactivity in life and love at the most foundational levels — your nervous system, your mind, and your sense of self-worth —so you can settle into the kind of grounded safety and heartful presence that are the roots of a deeply loving marriage.

Lesson 1 (2) copy 2_edited.jpg
signs of dysregulation

If you are highly sensitive, emotionally deep, or tend to feel things strongly, you may find yourself easily overwhelmed by stress, conflict, or emotional intensity — and also doubting yourself, your worth, or the love you receive.

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU:

  • Felt aggravated at your partner for no reason other than they’re just being themselves?

  • Heard one offhand comment and either snapped or shut down completely — only to carry a pit in your belly and chest for hours or days?

  • Found yourself “policing” your partner’s behavior, like telling him to speak in a different tone?

  • Looked at your spouse and felt… nothing — cut off from the love you know is still in your big heart?

  • Had something important you wanted to ask for or share with your spouse, but held back because you weren’t sure he’d react well — or worried you aren’t important enough for him to respond the way you need?

  • Longed for playful, carefree, even flirty energy with your spouse — but instead felt bogged down by overwhelm, numbness, disconnection, stress, frustration, or loneliness?

  • Found yourself shrinking, people-pleasing, or holding back your desires, only to feel unseen, rejected, or insignificant?

  • Ended the day questioning yourself, your relationship, or whether your marriage can really be the loving, connected partnership you long for?

Over time, this doesn’t just feel uncomfortable — it quietly erodes trust in yourself. You may start to question your reactions, your needs, or your capacity to stay connected and grounded when things get hard.

Step-by-step guidance through your nervous system, mind, and self-worth.

Hannah Brooks Relationship Coaching for Highly Sensitive People

Your nervous system and mind — which tend to be more reactive in HSPs — are the foundation of not just your emotional well-being, but also your relationships’ well-being. . . or the challenges that arise when they are out of balance

If your nervous system is chronically overstimulated, dysregulated, or stressed out (which, let’s face it, most of us are in today’s world, especially as highly sensitive people), it affects every part of your life and love. You’re like a garden without nourished soil: wilting, fragile, and depleted.

When that's going on, even the most loving, self-aware person can feel hijacked in moments that matter most: conversations, conflict, intimacy, repair.

If any of this sounds familiar, know this: nothing is wrong with you.

It just means:

  • Your nervous system is overloaded and seeking safety. In other words, it’s dysregulated — so emotions feel big, reactive, or overwhelming.

  • The protective patterns of thought in your mind can be stubborn — ways of thinking that keep you reactive or on edge, and prevent a true sense of inner safety — so you dwell on what’s going wrong, notice flaws or shortcomings, and feel easily hurt or unsettled.

  • You remain out of touch with your deep sense of worthiness and lovability — the part of you that helps you feel confident and enough, just as you are — so you doubt yourself, feel unseen, or like you don’t truly matter to him.

And it means:

Foundations of Emotional Well-Being (F.E.W.) for HSPs is for you.

(often lovingly called FEW HSP — because phew, you can finally exhale)

It is designed to
gently re-train these patterns and support all three layers — your nervous system, your mind, and your sense of self-worth — so you can start to feel steadier, calmer, and more confident in yourself through emotional agency, creating the internal safety that is the root of a deeply loving marriage.

This work is not about fixing you —It’s about creating the conditions for safety, choice, and a more grounded heart — inside yourself and in your relationship.

Because your nervous system is overstimulated, much of the conflict, disconnection, and frustration in your relationship isn’t about you and your partner — it’s about your system needing support.

Because you want to feel calmer, safer, more grounded, and able to show up with curiosity, trust, courage, joy, and playfulness — both inside yourself and with your partner.

Because you want to respond in ways that generate connection and love, instead of being swept away by intensity, shutting down, or acting in ways you don’t recognize.

Because your sensitive system is ready for nourishing support — the kind that helps your mind settle, your thoughts stop running you toward pain and discord, and helps your heart remember you are enough.

Instead of being swept away by intensity, shutting down, or becoming someone you don’t recognize, this program will support your nervous system, mind, and sense of self-worth to settle, stabilize, and strengthenso you can stay rooted within your steadiest self, even when emotions are strong or your relationship feels challenging.
  • Diffuse an argument before it even starts — while staying grounded, calm, and connected to your wisest self.

  • Stop irritability, feeling easily triggered, and bouts of stress or anxiety — and move through your day with a sense of inner security, peace, and even lightheartedness.

  • Stay connected to that big heart of yours when challenges come up with your spouse — instead of turning against each other, so you can navigate these moments with ease, curiosity, and collaboration.

  • Read your partner more accurately and intuitively — so you respond in ways that deepen trust, closeness, and intimacy.

  • Move into your clearest, calmest state of mind for communication — so you can express yourself fully, be truly heard, and feel confident in your connection.

  • Notice old patterns of self‑doubt soften as your sense of worth and being lovable grow.

  • Feel more confident in yourself and in the goodness of your partner — so you can feel seen, valued, and enough in your relationship, and respond with curiosity, appreciation, and warmth instead of reactivity.

IMAGINE THAT YOU COULD:

THIS IS ALL POSSIBLE FOR YOU WHEN

. . .you develop what I call emotional agency — the ability to guide your emotional foundation — your nervous system, mind, and sense of self-worth — into thriving, regenerative states that feel good and let you access the wisest, most grounded parts of yourself, including the unique gifts of your sensitivity.

A clear path through emotional agency: regulate, reframe, reclaim your worth.

In FEW, HSP, through my step-by-step process of developing nervous system regulation, thought stewardship, and self-worth, you’ll learn to lovingly guide your sensitive mind–body–heart system and nourish it at the root level.

Each week, you’ll feel more able to stay grounded, centered, and in control of your emotional state, making it easier to communicate, navigate challenges, deepen connection and love with your partner, and even bring back a sense of lightness and playfulness in your relationship.
drawing of flowers and roots
It’ll feel like a big, deep sigh of relief. A breath of the freshest air. A walk into the most beautiful, peaceful, lush garden . . .

Like having roots that reach deeply into rich, nourishing soil — holding you steady, strong, and fully supported, so your life can bloom.
Build calm, clarity, and confidence — one layer at a time.

Testimonials:

Before this course, I was in conflict with my partner and was easily triggered and having a hard time becoming regulated again. I now  have an increased awareness of what I need to stay emotionally regulated in everyday life, not just in conflict, I feel overall calmer and my relationship is better as a result. It made a big difference in this season of my life! If you want to make a change in yourself,  you shouldn't hesitate to take this course. Time shouldn't be an issue because you can keep using the lessons and tools well after the course is over and the cost isn't just for four weeks, but well after that if you are committed to using the tools and making them a part of your everyday life indefinitely.

FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is this for me?

This course is for you if:

  • You are emotionally sensitive and want more inner steadiness

  • You desire calmer, more connected relationships

  • You’re ready to gently learn new ways of being with and working with your emotions, thoughts, and sense of self-worth

  • You don’t need to be in a relationship to benefit — but it WILL positively impact your relationship if you are in one

  • If you’re considering Marriage Coaching with me, this is the perfect starting place (and the required first step before deeper relational work).

This course may not be the best fit if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix without doing inner work

  • You’re not ready to engage with your emotional experience

Is this relationship work?

Yes — and also no.

FEW, HSP is not about analyzing your partner, trying to change him, or learning “better communication techniques.”

It’s about working with the most fundamental layer of every relationship: your emotional safety — your nervous system, your mind, and your sense of self-worth.

When you feel safer, steadier, and more regulated inside yourself:

  • You respond instead of react

  • You read your partner more accurately

  • You express yourself more clearly and kindly

  • You recover from conflict more quickly

  • You feel more connection, attraction, and warmth naturally

So while this isn’t traditional “marriage work,” it quietly transforms your relationship from the inside out. Many women find their connection becomes easier, lighter, and more natural — without forcing, fixing, or over-managing anything.

FEW gives you the internal conditions that allow love and connection to flow again.

What if I’m already overwhelmed or feel like I don’t have much extra energy?

FEW, HSP is designed for women who are already tired, sensitive, and stretched thin.

It doesn’t ask you to push harder or “do more.”

It teaches you how to stop leaking energy by changing painful thought pattern, regulate your nervous system, and restore yourself from the inside out. Most women find they actually gain more capacity, energy, and clarity — not less.

There will be a bit to learn at first, but life will get a lot freer and easier as you integrate.

Remember, you can move through this course at your own pace, and even one lesson will support more ease in your life!

So you don’t need to feel "ready". You begin exactly as you are.

What if I’ve tried therapy, books, or courses before and they didn’t really stick?

This is very common for highly sensitive women.

Most personal growth work focuses on insight and mindset-and does not take into account high sensitivity. But, for HSPS,  when your nervous system is dysregulated, and/or you have deep insecurity, your body stays in protection mode. So even if you “know” something intellectually, you can't DO it in the moments that matter.

FEW works at the level that makes everything else finally stick for highly sensitive people: your nervous system, mind, and sense of self-worth (heart).

When your body, mind, and heart feel safer, tools, insights, and thought-work begin to work naturally.

How does it feel to be part of a group of hsp women growing together?

It feels safe, affirming and loving.

Almost every past participant has said to me how great it feels to be in a community of just highly sensitive and deep feeling people because we all "get" each other surprisingly deeply.

And when one person brings up an issue or challenge that they’re having, everybody can relate to it. If you’re used to feeling different or misunderstood, this can feel incredibly healing.

There may be a short period of settling in — but very quickly, most women feel seen, validated, and supported in a way they may never have before.

When will the calls be held?

The timing of the mentoring calls will rotate, so as to support timing that works for everyone.

All calls are recorded.

What if I can’t be at some of the calls?

You will receive access to all call recordings, so you can watch or re-watch them anytime.

Replays are wonderful for integration and deeper learning.

You can also write in your question in advance and Hannah may be able to answer on the call. But live attendance is always the best way to get the deepest support, so try to make the calls.

What if I've been through trauma?

I teach and coach in a trauma-informed way.

This program is not designed to treat trauma directly, but you will learn tools that can support your healing.

Most of us carry some form of trauma.

If you are currently dealing with very recent, severe, or highly activating trauma, I recommend working with a therapist first. If you’ve done some healing work already, or your trauma feels more mild or “integrated”, this program is a wonderful healing step.

We can grow with our trauma — just not when it’s consuming all our inner resources.

Is there a payment plan option?

Please email me at hannah@lifeisworthloving.com to request this option, and I may be able get it set up for you (do not use the regular checkout).

Is the investment really worth it?

This is a thoughtful and important question.

F.E.W. is an investment in:

  • Your emotional health

  • Your marriage

  • Your long-term well-being

  • Your capacity for peace, inner security, and connection

Many women spend far more over time on therapy, books, and “trying to fix things” — without lasting relief.

This work gives you skills you’ll use for the rest of your life. For most women, the question becomes less:

“Can I afford this?”

And more:

“Can I afford to keep living in overwhelm, reactivity, or disconnection?”

Begin today building calm, clarity, and confidence — one layer at a time.
